Burnt Well Guest Ranch is a small family owned cattle ranch located in southeastern New Mexico. Southeastern New Mexico has a warm sunny climate where temperatures range from mid 70’s° F in the spring and fall to mid 90-100° F in the summer and mild winters in the mid to upper 50’s. Burnt Well is sixteen miles from the nearest highway and is thirty-five miles from the nearest town, Roswell, New Mexico.
We Are a Working Ranch
We don’t take a large number of guests, because it’s not realistic on a working ranch. The small number allows us to tailor your stay based on your individual interests. Flexibility is the key here because, as goes life on a ranch, occasionally a windmill quits or a calf gets sick and those needs take priority.
