Remodel Update

In the very beginning of the remodel, with just the framework in place, it was hard to see what the end result would be.  Now that things are progressing so quickly, it’s easier to picture what it will look like when completed…and we are giddy!  It’s going to look so good!  The “floor” of the porch is complete, the insulation is up inside the house, the French doors are installed, and the sheet-rockers will be here tomorrow!

Also arriving tomorrow is a high school class from Oregon!  They have been studying the West and are coming to Burnt Well for some hands-on learning.  When we started taking guests one of our main goals was to provide an opportunity for learning, so we’re really honored and excited for them to experience our way of life for a few days!
